“Ive been pleased with my insurance service. It was spoilt by the taking of my insurance renewal premium from my account nearly a week early! When I asked about this I was told it was in case there was a problem with my payment so there was time to rectify it ensuring I had continuous cover.
I don't think the taking of a premium that early is good customer service”

“I purchased my policy after doing a search on motorhome insurance. To my surprise I found I had purchased a policy whicheant I had paid an additional £70 for a tracker as well which had I read the introduction I guess I may have seen I wouldn't have purchased. First time in my 65 years this happened.
I sincerely do not remember seeing a warning of this.
Also the relentless amounts of mails after agreeing the policy is by far the most I ever had.
With warnings of how it would be cancelled if I didn't do this and that.
All done and dusted now but not so happy.”
