“Received a good quote for motorcycle insurance with PBIS via a comparison site. Contacted them by phone and was answered by a polite young man who asked the relevant questions and answered my queries although did not know anything about motorcycles. Asked if I was okay to receive documents by e mail which I said yes. However, this did not happen. To see your insurance certificate etc you have to create an online account. I would not have done this so not very happy. I appreciate that most people are happy to download the app for just about anything but that is not me.”
