“I renewed only because it was easier than looking elsewhere .
I have bought another car . A well known car a 2005 MG ZT-T but when I rang and they asked what model they did not recognise the model . I found that very , very disappointing that the company I trust to handle the insurance of my car and now another did not recognise a recent car and now a modern classic .
I would expect an insurance co for classics to have staff who know their cars esp British classics . They I found insulting and did NOT inspire confidence .”

“Fair prices, can usually contact by phone in a decent time (I'm not interested in portals or 'managing my account').
However admin seems to be poor; twice I've had documents missing from the pack or with errors, and if you ask for the one missing document you get the whole lot all over again. They could save themselves much time by getting such details right first time. When you get through to someone a bit higher up, which is Grove & Dean, they're very efficient.”
