“I bought the Personalised Gift off Groupon. The price I paid was a fair price given it was a mug (considering Groupon do some amazing deals). Once I had paid for my voucher I then went to place my order only be hit with a p&p cost. The mug cost be an all up figure of around £10.00. With the best will in the world the mug is worth no more so I'm struggling to see where my saving / deal was?? I would have liked to see the all up price on Groupon, the price you see is the price to get it for hen everyone knows.”

“Pillow is fab so is Christmas card birthday card ordered same time but spelling on front is wrong. It could well be my fault as I am new to buying on line. I would have thought someone would have emailed me to check this as both cards are for same person. I was very disappointed went back on site to check couldn't find my order”

“I am happy with the quality of the products and the quick turnaround time - so thank you. However the website is very poor and very frustrating. It took me over one hour to order the products I wanted due to the product information rising up the screen and blocking access to the product I had chosen. Eventually I was able to purchase my order only to find out the next day that my order had gone through twice. I had only input my card details once but my order had gone through on two separate order numbers. I was called by the company to check if this was right, which I appreciated as I had not, and still have not, received an email confirmation of my order. I was told that one of the products on the duplicate order was able to be cancelled but they were unable to cancel the second item. I have therefore been charged an additional £26 and although I have received the item I didn’t require or want two of the same T-shirt. I did explain that the website was not working properly which had lead to the duplicate order but, although the lady was very polite, there was no suggestion of me not being charged. I was very disappointed. I am not sure I would use them again unfortunately due to this experience.”

“Very quick delivery. Nice quality printing but colour was slightly disappointing; white looked a little yellowish. I felt it was a bit pricey for what it was (postage cost bumped it up a lot). However, recipient was delighted with it as a gift, so all good there!”
