I ordered a phone case with my sons name on it, u can hardly see the name, what’s the point in having it done. It was £16. I could have ordered one without a name for £6! I feel robbed!

The personalised evolution of man Football mug sent was totally wrong. Firstly I wasn't sent the correct mug, secondly it was the wrong football club and thirdly had a picture of Man.City striker Sergio Aguero. Upon notifying the personalised website I have now received the correct evolution of man mug in the correct club colours but the wording from the original mug has not been included but changed merely to The Evolution of (recipient's name) which is OK but not exactly what I thought I had ordered. As the mug was originally a pre-Xmas Birthday Present, I have had to substitute it as a Xmas present instead. It will have to suffice even if not strictly as I was expecting for the message.

still havent recieved the gift. i also wasnt given a tracking number so i cannot track my order. Its now been 7 working days

Wrong item sent and charged for a different item item sent was less money but was a present so no time to change for original item won’t be ordering again

I have sent two emails regarding my purchase I gave my husband the football personal football Christmas card then I looked and it only had some of the printed messages on to my horror (although he was pleased with the card I sent first email then I sent a photo if the card, so I was quite upset it wasent what I expected

I thought it was very expensive for what I received 2 letters of my sons name was in one area then a big gap before the next letter I wanted his first and second name on one side not on opposite sides of the ball very dissapointed with this item☹️

This is just a personal opinion and may not be the case for others . I found the T shirt material of poor quality and the printing of my surname and number too small and not 100% in line with the club logo Southampton FC on the other breast completely level . Sadly I doubt I will ever wear it

I am disappointed that the writing is very difficult to see as it is black on a very dark background and you can only just read it.

Wrong item delivered, had the wrong picture in sorted out quickly though. But the replacement and correct one had been slightly damaged by the envelope being bent in transit. Had to fill some of the black in luckily it was on the black. The gift is excellent though

I don't know how long it takes to print and send a card but seven days and still nothing has arrived. It's a good job I ordered ten days before the child's birthday...or is it? Maybe ten weeks would have been better?

I was charged twice for posting and packaging!!!! I asked when ordering about this but was informed that cause it was christmas my 2 items would be sent separately therefore charged twice. When delivered they came together in the same parcel!!!!!!! Darren, Bury

Ordered it seven days ago on the 13 th and paid for 1to3 day delivery and it has still not been delivered today the 20th

Hi, I have looked into this for you. We send out First Class postage out via Royal Mail, they suggest that the posting is 1-3 days but since we are in the Christmas period posting can take longer.
