Still awaiting item. Cannot write review until received. Bought an item last year which was received very promptly. This led me to order this year, but unfortunately have not received the item to date. Jackie Graham

I can see you ordered a phone case, these have a production time of 2-4 days and then the quoted postage on top, please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch for delivery in the busy season, if your item does not arrive then please contact us and we will do what we can to help you. Ordered a football mug on which famous footballers names were printed, and a personalised name was then inserted. The pre-printed footballer's name Firmino was spelt incorrectly - Fermino. This was pointed out to me by the recipient of the gift. Rather embarrassing, as it suggested a cheap gift!

Quick delivery. But t shirt quality very poor. See through t shirt. Email sent and refunded 50%. So not too bad. But still was disappointed in item.

Disappointed as some blurring of navy colour into white. Also, are supposed to be dishwasher proof. It didn't say so on bottom of mugs.

The idea is really nice, the delivery fast but the quality is not as good as i expected... ( for the money I payed) the photo is much darker than the original one.

I received the t shirt without delay and print of name and number was good. However, the t shirt is far too big and the colour if the t short received is white but colour on the website was grey. I am in turmoil now as can't use the gift.

Not as bright and clear colours it looks in the photograph. The name letters were a dull grey colour rather than white and don't stand out well against the shirt colour. Also the shirt with the personalised name is facing sideways and not facing you as shown in the picture. A bit disappointed as it was a gift for someone.

Not worth the money. The presentation box was damaged and the emblem was printed on very cheaply. Looked like some knock off from China! Embarrassed to give as a present. Would not recommend

Not particularly happy about the quality of the mug. The text is blurred rather than sharp, and the background block of colour has faint lines running through it as though the "printer" was running out of ink. Am going to at least give the gift so I have something to give the intended recipient as a Christmas present, but will most likely be arranging to send it back for a refund on account of shoddy quality for the money paid.

I am so disappointed the picture of my boy is sideways and his face is covered be the writing and no Martinez on the front. I wanted this as a Christmas present for my boy. I would really like another o e please Nicola Leyland 07809152335

The order is a Christmas gift and it doesn't seem that it'll be here before then. I ordered it 2 weeks ago and the status still doesn't show shipped. I emailed someone but didn't receive much information from her.

This was a lovely article presented extremely well, unfortunately it was marred by out of date information. The manager is now Claudio Ranieri and David Nugent no longer plays for Leicester City.

The people that I have dealt with on the phone have been great BUT -I received no acknowledgment of my online order so I had to email to ensure that you had my order , only then did I receive an order confirmation and order number and when the item arrived it was supposed to be a Tottenham Hotspur Personalised mouse mat but I got a NUFC mouse mat in the name of someone else - imagine my surprise as a Sunderland fan !! I have been promised the correct order - so fingers crossed .

Hi, I am sorry you had to email us to check we had your order. All confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. Occasionally these can fall in spam/junk folders. I am very sorry that you have received the incorrect order, this sounds like it has been a packaging error and the wrong mouse mat has been packed with your address label. The framed personalised photoprint and mug I ordered were delivered the very next day, which was great. What was not good was the fact that one top corner of the frame ws damaged in transit rendering it useless as a present
