“Great product - good service - prompt delivery - good communications when I had a query, was answered by mail within 15 mins. Website could have been clearer about how to submit pictures and I wouldn't have had to make the query - but everything tuned out well. Please (personalize.co.uk) include the VAT in your shop pricing. This is by far the most common option provided by the world's most successful sellers. The price of what I got was good - even with the VAT. You didn't need to hide the extra 3 pounds by leaving out VAT. All in all - very pleased with waht I bought and will 100 percent use again”

“I instantly regretted placing an order after reading the bad reviews....until my order arrived. I'm delighted with my order! Absolutely love it! The only thing I will say is, i received an email after placing the order but didn't receive a second email to say it was on its way, although delivery was quick too. Only waited a few days. Would I order again? Absolutely!”
