“The website would be easy if you only wanted one thing, found it and paid for it. I wanted a few things, but you can't go backwards and forwards easily. You have to more or less start again and go through each menu each time you look at something to find what you want to buy. I was able to order what I wanted, but it took a really long time. I can't answer the other questions because I haven't recieved my items yet.”

“The product itself was fabulous, but unfortunately the wooden spoon that was ordered was missing. Arrived well packed and in a timely fashion. Had it not been for the missing wooden spoon, it would have been five star all the way. I shall be ordering again.”

“I haven’t received my order yet, so this is purely a review on the ordering process. Found the site easy to navigate, and found what I was looking for quickly. Once I had decided what personalisation I wanted on the item, it would have been helpful to see a preview of it on the item. I’ve ordered anyway, so fingers crossed! One other thing, with delivery, it says something like ‘5 days after production’?! So I have no idea when it will arrive because I dont know how long production takes! More clarification on that would be helpful.”

“Online ordering facility was simply and easy to use. Email confirmation received in timely fashion, goods delivered in timeframe. Reason for 4 and not 5 is that there was no email confirming dispatch”

“Took 5 working days to come through, so with the proposed 1 day for printing and 48 hours delivery, cut it close, but on enquiring I got swift customer responses. So, advice would be order early!!!”
