Dear Robert, Thanks for your feedback. The team is sorry to hear that you felt we could have spent more time in answering your technical questions. At Permagard, we aim to give every customer the information they need to get the job done. Sometimes our small expert team get busy answering queries and don't have as much time as we'd like. Thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback.

“Just applied Permagard to stitch a 150 year old wall. Very impressed with the solution. You need to be well organised and clean the wall out from dust and damp down before applying as once mixed you have 30 minutes to apply. Make sure you have a decent grout gun and wash it out immediately after. Seems to have great bonding to the bricks and overall very happy.”

“As I live on the Isle of Wight I don’t expect delivery for goods to be that great, but the speed of my delivery from Permagard was exceptional. I found the website and ordering easy and the ‘how to’ tutorials very useful. Thank you.”
