“Good communication and delivery, flatmaster 2000 could be moulded better in manufacturing the pcd cover is poor and I ended up taping it rather than damaging the circuit board. but in general does the job”

“Excellent stuff. This company listen to people's feedback. As a result, I was given plenty of plugs and two sizes of sds drill bits in the package. The plastic is extremely tough, you can't accidentally rip it or damage it. Works a treat to stop damp coming through as in my house which is built into the hillside.”

“I ordered my items on a Tuesday, having rung to discuss delivery options. The phone call was answered fast and I got the information I needed to order (without any faff which I appreciate). The items were delivered on a pallet the very next day by an incredibly helpful and courteous driver. So I'd say in terms of ordering and delivery, it's 5 stars. Now we just have to use it!”

“I wondered why a Permagard crack stitching kit was less than half the price of its more well known rival rival but decided to try it anyway. Stainless steel helical bars seemed the same and worked just fine, cementitious mortar mixed easily and has cured rock solid. Already had a Roughneck mortar gun so can’t comment on their guns but the mortar was really easy to apply. Of course, only time will tell if it all works but so far everything seems to be just fine.”

“I live in London and I placed an order on 20th October and 8 days later and I’m still waiting for delivery. They have sent an email about the order which is very confusing. It’s state my order is ready for collection but yet he has a shipping address. Which is it. Ready for collection or is it being delivered?”

Hi Imran Thanks for your feedback. For your recent order, in-store collection was selected as the delivery option - this is for customers wanting to collect from our Avonmouth depot. We understand that you do not want to collect from our Avonmouth/Bristol depot and that you want your item delivered to you.
