“We have used permaguard tanking slurry for a few years now, more than happy, Placed an order for some more as I usually do, Quick delivery as normal. Only to find you have changed packages from 25kg down to 20kg so over 5 packages I’m 25kg short from what I was expecting ! Even your review pictures say tanking slurry 25kg bucket !”

“Arrived well boxed and quickly. Very easy to apply and you can see where you have put it. Goes along way. I'll probably need another 5 LTRs for my gable end though. It rained the day after and you can see it beading on the brick. Time will tell on the damp proofing. Probably need a bit of pointing as well as the house is 130 years old.”

“I recently spoke to a Customer Service Agent, Bronwyn, about purchasing a product. Customer Service Agent was unable to help me directly but said she'd refer the matter to a member of Permaguard's technical team who'd ring me back shortly. That promise was kept and I received a call back within the hour which subsequently led me to placing an order. My order arrived promptly and safely. All in all my phone call was handled in a timely and professional manner. Excellent customer service to boot.”

“I brought PermaSEAL Facade Cream 5L. Fast delivery, goes on easy and as creamy no drips. Also you can see what you have covered. Goes clear within an hour. It's only been on a few days so fingers crossed it does the job.”

“Had water coming in, house is high faces south West the render looked good silicon around patio doors good too so thought i would give this a try. Have had terrible weather the last couple of days like a power washer hitting the house and no water, lets hope it last 25 years now !”

“Not sure who printed address label but it was printed as 33 instead of 35. Checked order and address was correct for 35. Couldnt find item untill next door neighbour brought it. Contacted courier originally to say hadnt received parcel they never got back to me.”
