“Since i will be unable to use the cream until this Summer my comments are restricted to the phone conversation with a representative of the company which was extremely informative and professional. The materials arrived the very next day after ordering . Downside and only small things 1) A text advising day of delivery would have been useful. Fortunately i was at home that day. 2) Packaging, why use polystyrene ? A cardboard /paper packaging would have been far better environmentally.”

Hi Peter, Thank you for your feedback on your order. We are currently working on ways to improve our delivery service where we can and I will pass your feedback on to the team. In regards to our packaging, the peanuts included in the box are biodegradable. Simply chuck them out in the general waste and they’ll harmlessly dissolve as soon as they come in contact with water. “After part of my order was missing due to a damaged box permaguard were notified of this and the sent out my missing items straight away and they took the issue if the missing items with the courier. Couldn’t ask for a fairer service . Thanks permaguard !”
