Hi Laura. We're sorry the plugs in your damp proof membrane kit are not performing well for you. One of our technical advisors has now been in contact to offer our assistance with the fixings via a direct message to your email. Steve at Permagard

“I ordered the kit great service and all prompt delivery. Supplied a 6mm drill bit. That the plugs don't fit slowed me down on the job ended up using a 8mm after a few attempts. Much better fitting and seal”

“Website and Ordering easy Delivery on time. As expected. Need “this way up arrows “on the box As it was delivered upside down and had slightly leaked inside the box. Any longer and it would have damaged the box Just think container lid had not been fully screwed tight But good stuff. Recommended by a builder. Will buy again when required.”

“I hope I’ve bought the right products, as I called for some technical advice on 2 occasions before making the purchase on-line and on both occasions was promised that someone would call me back. I never received a call and ended up taking a guess as to the right VCL product for my needs”
