“I ordered a crack stitching kit, which was a great price with fast delivery. Unfortunately the package arrived damaged, resulting in the tub of grout being split. I phoned and spoke to Sam and advised of the issue. A few days later a new tub of grout was delivered. Superb customer service from start to finish - just how it should be. Thank you!”

“Ordered a positive input unit on the 28th of January with 1-3day delivery it never came so I rang and was told its not coming till the 8th of February. Wouldn't have ordered knowing that very disappointing.”

Hi Gary, I am so sorry to hear that you had issues with the delivery of your order. The PIV units are one of our few items that we do not hold stock of and therefore comes direct from our supplier. Unfortunately our supplier is experiencing delays with production due to the current lockdown. You should have been contacted and informed of this when your order was placed, however it seems this was accidentally missed. We apologise for any issues that this may have caused and hope that this doesn't put you off using us in the future. The Permagard Team

“I can only review this product as 'acceptable', weather conditions have prevented using the sealant between concrete floor and walls of the garage due to the continued hydrostatic seepage of water. The garage backs onto fields which are waterlogged at present. However, the website is clear and informative and appeared to match the problems I am having. The products arrived in good time after ordering. I also spoke to their technical officer, who was very helpful. Thanks!”

“An ideal suite of solutions for the prevention of damp into a building. Cost will be relative depending on the desired outcome, in this case the conversion of a basement area into a gym. The use of Permagard materials as a solution to dampness in the basement provided a cost effective outcome to other alternatives that were considered.”
