“Our wall looks as good as new after application via holes drilled down behind unmoveable skirting and I trust the damp will gradually improve. Only done during last week. However the most impressive thing to me (female and 70) was the compostable packaging! Would that every firm used this. It has VANISHED in the compost heap. Very well done. H Rees”

“The product is great and the process straight forward enough. The only criticism is that there were no instructions about drilling, applying the treatment or making good. I found really helpful videos on YouTube and some PDFs on the Permaguard website. Some simple instructions - drill to x depth, blow out holes, insert lance and slowly withdraw as you apply the material. After 1 month make the holes good with sand and cement...”

“Excellent service and fast delivery. I live on the west coast of Scotland and the Microsheild Ultra weatherproofing cream does work in repelling the rain water, it beads and runs off the walls. Very good product.”

Hi Rajendra, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately due to the current pandemic, some deliveries are taking a little longer than usual. We have looked into your order and can see that TNT attempted delivery 4 times. As no one was present at the address to accept delivery, they could not leave the order. We are pleased to see that TNT did manage to deliver the items on the 30th. TNT will not leave an order at a property unless there is someone present to accept it, or a signed note is left with instructions of where to leave it. The Permagard Team
