“Since we discovered the passive vents from permagard we have bought a lot of them. Every property we own has at least one installed when we renovate/decorate a property as part of our maintainance. They are simple, easy to fit and do what they are supposed to. And Permagard is easy to contact and work with. We are very happy with them.”

We dispatched your parcel with FedEx on Thursday 17th, and their tracking shows they attempted delivery on both Friday 18th and Tuesday 22nd. According to their latest update, another delivery attempt is due today (Friday 25th) before 6.00pm. “Again had to ask for a proper pdf invoice. Everyone else says thank you for your order and encloses a PDF. The delivery I know isn't your fault however you should be aware. I said leave items next to the grey box on my driveway I will take responsibility. However my instructions were ignored they throw the items over my gate. My dog then destroyed the box and a bag of plugs. Fortunately there was no more damage.”

Regarding PDF invoices, we’ve looked into this previously but found it can unfortunately lead to deliverability issues - that said, it’s something we continue to keep under review.
