“Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt but the kit in particular the pointing gun & nozzle extension have been poor.”

Hi Keith - thanks for the review and for noting that ordering and delivery went smoothly. We’re sorry the pointing gun and nozzle extension didn’t perform as expected. From what you’ve described, the most likely cause is the rubber sealing ring at the base of the plunger not being tightened with a spanner, which can prevent a proper seal and affect flow. If you can share a quick photo of your setup with our Technical Team, we’ll confirm everything’s correctly assembled and advise next steps. - The Permagard Team

“Recently used the iso - therm thin internal wall insulation system on one of my plastering jobs. Customer was suffering black spot mould and condensation issues on solid cold walls. This system was great easy to use and surprisingly easy to plaster over! Will definitely be using this product moving forward with my plastering business. Great product !”
