“Usually cant fault this product but this time arrived with one vent cover broken / cracked The company replied within minutes and have sent out a replacement cover on next day delivery. Must say that I have always used permaguard for my venting requirements and never had any previous issues, VERY HAPPY WITH THE PROMPT CUSTOMER SERVICE”
