“Excellent customer service. Products arrived quickly and although an item was missing due to the packaging being damaged in transit, a replacement was sent out immediately without fuss. Will certainly be using this company again.”

“No complaints about Permagard only their delevery contractor DPD who gave a 1 hour timed delivery slot but then said they were running late and eventually offered to come at 8 o'clock at night--some 7 hours late--we had to reschedule for the next day.”

Hi Michael, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry that you experienced difficulties with your delivery. We understand that issues like this can occasionally arise and are always working with the couriers to improve the experience where we can. We're glad you received your order the following day but sorry again for the inconvenience this caused. The Permagard team

“Bought the Damp proof liquid from Permaguard to apply on top of an existing concrete ground bearing slab. Since the slab was over 30 years old with a very thin polythene membrane beneath of questionable quality. The permaguard dmp two part liquid works really well, forming a nice crisp seal to the concrete. Which we then insulated and screened over.”
