“Second tub bought as the first one was excellent but more importantly the telephone help I got was really good. Yes it's expensive but it does the job. Next day delivery without paying any extra.”

“Orders deliver the following day after purchase online. Notified a few hours in advance of delivery time by text message, “DPD will deliver your Permagard order between 13:19 and 14:19” which was good as I was able to receive the goods to use the following day, o orders twice as decided I needed more to be sure, both orders arrived prompt and well packaged. Used in a sprayer which worked well, need to check come early spring to see if it’s eradicate the woodworm but I removed all the floorboards on the ground floor, generously sprayed the supporting joists and installed 22mm caberdek so I’m hoping that’ll be the end of the problem.”

“I have found that the permaguard anti condensation paint that i used from you is thinner than the previous ones that i have used from you.lt is packaged in a new style tub so you have made changes. As the thermal paint was thinner than before I found this disapointing and will look at other makes.”
