“The Trays arrived and fitteed into the roof space very well. The only slightly disconcerting thing was that they were stacked so half of the plants had indents from the tray on top. I'll have to wait and see whether this disappears over time.”

“Easy to use if you follow the instructions, have to work quickly with the product don't mix too much at once if you are doing it on your own don't know if it has solved the problem yet as not had much rain”

“The company offers excellent advice and products at a competative price to resolve various damp, condensation and other building related issues. One of a limited amount of companies that sold individual Helical Spiral bars to stitch a cracked brick wall. First rate company, would definitely recommend.”

“Very easy to apply. Need to apply second coat and experience poor weather to see if it has solved our problem. So far happy.”

“The product did not set properly and was still not hard in places 7 days after application. A pain when it is in the middle of the house.”

Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that the product did not cure as expected, particularly when it delayed work in the middle of your home. PermaCOAT PRO One Coat Epoxy DPM is a two-component epoxy system that typically becomes ready for overcoating within 4–6 hours and reaches full chemical cure within 7 days when applied under the correct conditions. If areas remained soft after 7 days, this can sometimes be caused by factors such as incomplete mixing of the two components, incorrect mixing ratios, application outside the recommended temperature range, contamination on the substrate, or excessive moisture conditions requiring a different application approach. The product should be applied immediately after mixing, and both the ambient and floor temperature should remain above 10°C during application and curing. Without knowing the exact site conditions, it's difficult to say what caused the issue in your case, but we'd genuinely like the opportunity to help. Our technical team provides free advice and troubleshooting support and may be able to identify the cause and suggest a solution. Please give us a call on 0117 982 3282 at your convenience, and we'll be happy to discuss the project with you. Kind regards, The Permagard Team
