“specifically booked 1 to 3-day delivery due to a damp problem we encountered. Delivery not made within 1 to 3 day period. sent an email to register disappointment and advising id be returning but not even the decency of a response. Clearly, no idea of customer service once people have paid their money.”

Customers are at the heart of what we do and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of service - we are very sorry that we fell short on this occasion. Our Technical Manager Gregg will be in touch to discuss your issues and any next steps. As with many industries, our couriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery times due to exceptional demand and circumstances beyond our control. We always strive to meet 1-3 day delivery times, but in the current circumstances we are unable to guarantee this. “I sent a message asking for some help with damp/condensation issues I was experiencing. In a short space of time I had a callback from a very knowledgeable guy who able to point me to the right products I required to resolve my problems. Permaguard will now be my goto company for advice and products, first class!”

“Purchased the crack stitching kit, was very easy to use and came with instructions so any DIYer could do this themselves. Customer service was top-notch, I experienced issues with the delivery but this was down to the carrier. A quick call to the Permagard team resulted in a back plan being established if my original order didn't make it on time. Special thanks to Bronwen.”

“I ordered and paid for a 1 to 3 day delivery, but goods did not arrive until day 6, which was dissapointing. But goods were of excellent quality. Not fitted yet due to late delivery.”

“Absolutely fantastic. I ordered a few things which I’m yet to use but the service provided was fantastic. I was missing one package so I called to investigate and it was dealt with superbly. Have received all my order now.”
