“I bought this product to give the inside of my garage which has a useful utility room at the back which as it homes electrical appliances needed to be dry. The application has now been utilised and so far has kept the rain out of the garage/utility room. This has definitely done the job.”

“Permagard do a good job and supply excellent products but they are let down by DPD their delivery contractor. I live in rural West Wales and DPD quite often abandon deliveries they can't be bothered with.”

“I do believe the white inner tube for the passive vent should be a at least 1m. At times I have had to by additional inner tubing as the one supplied was not long enough. Also I do think the delivery could be looked at.”

Hi Mittle, thank you for your feedback on our product. Our Perma-Vent Standard is sized at 350mm to deal with most properties, however, we are aware that this may not suit all situations. And so we’re now taking this onboard and are looking into supplying different sizes of the Perma-Vent. “Made order online for 2 perma wash to be delivered. Some how the delivery turned into a click and collect. Phoned company to arrange delivery as it should have been, they charge me £10 for delivery of 2 very small bottle.”
