“Excellent service, well packaged and delivered on time. I used the facade cream, goes on easy and soaks in well. Looks very white to begin with, but after a few days the treated wall now looks no different to the other untreated areas.”

“No problems with my order. The package arrived within the time frame on the order/invoice. Well-packaged and was really impressed that all the packaging was recyclable (card) or biodegradable (the package fillers literally dissolved in water so can be added to compost.”

“I ordered it total more than 10 times. And every time quality is worse and worse. Liquid less and less. I'm very upset. There used to be a super quality product. Now I have to look for another manufacturer.”

“I wanted to add a damp course membrane to the the floor of my garage and have not used these procucts before. I found Permagard VERY helpful via email and also on the phone, answering all my questions so I knew exactly what tools I needed and what I needed to do. I ordered the DPM and also a Grey HB to cover and this was delivered the next day I think. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.”

“I bought this product to give the inside of my garage which has a useful utility room at the back which as it homes electrical appliances needed to be dry. The application has now been utilised and so far has kept the rain out of the garage/utility room. This has definitely done the job.”

“Permagard do a good job and supply excellent products but they are let down by DPD their delivery contractor. I live in rural West Wales and DPD quite often abandon deliveries they can't be bothered with.”

“I do believe the white inner tube for the passive vent should be a at least 1m. At times I have had to by additional inner tubing as the one supplied was not long enough. Also I do think the delivery could be looked at.”

Hi Mittle, thank you for your feedback on our product. Our Perma-Vent Standard is sized at 350mm to deal with most properties, however, we are aware that this may not suit all situations. And so we’re now taking this onboard and are looking into supplying different sizes of the Perma-Vent.
