“Place my order and it came sooner than expected. There was one item missing and a simple phone call and they was happy to send out the missing item which arrived the next day. It when the order is not right and you make the dreaded phone call and you get a understanding and fair person at the other end of the line. And not 20 question and an argument. So full marks from me. Paul”

“I have used this before after a water-softener leak and it worked really well allowing us to re-paper and paint without any staining. We are using it again after another leak with a new water-softener and have confidence it will work well. The service is hassle-free as well with fast delivery and the container was well-packaged.”

“Love dealing with Permaguard, you order on-line and they are always good to their word with deliveries on time, quality goods and loads of information about products both on their website and youtube. So refreshing dealing with a company that is professional and has customer service at the heart of what they do. I would not now consider anybody else. Thanks Permaguard ! Shaun Moss - St Helens”

“Service on the phone was good and item arrived quickly. Advisor told me that a drill bit would be included but it wasn't. Commented and permagard immediately offered to send one out. Thank you.”
