“Took 4 days to message me to say there was stock issues (delivery was meant to be 2 days) Then message me about a stock out and propose they invoice me the difference for something more expensive. Sort that out. Then took upon themselves to send me another sized item without awaiting my response. And then- I receive the mismatch products and they all smell of raw sick. Absolutely minging smell. All going back. One of the polos received is also damaged - looks like a rabbit chewed it prior to being sent out.”

“Today, 5th January, I still haven’t received my order. I tried to track it and it’s located in Madrid (Spain) since the 31 December. It should have been shipped in Málaga (Spain).”

“My jacket is damaged i opened the prestuds so i could undo the zip to try it on the material ripped and button fell off I've sent you emails no reply i wasn't heavy handed in any way for a 165 pound coat it's wrong please get back to me”

Hello Robert, Thanks for your review, I can see this has been shipped but looking at the tracking it was caught up in Royal Mails systems for a few extra days, This is most likely down to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/JH882766787GB That being said it looks like its out for delivery today, Should you need further assistance I am happy to help.

“I ordered the Liam Gallagher print not realising it was only a print so they said I needed to order a T-shirt which was no problem, I asked for the white one but was out of stock so asked what colours they did and no reply, 3 emails further I have had no response, shocking really”

“I placed an order with Peaceful Hooligan 2 weeks ago now. The items were sent to my old address (my fault completely) and I've been trying to get information as to who signed for them and wot date the parcel was delivered.. Still waiting.. Very unhappy customer..”

“My order was marked despatched over a week ago but royal mail have not received it, sent an email to PH regarding this to be told they would investigate. A day later and still nothing. Have been using this company for many years, this will be my last order sadly. In this day and age of prominent online shopping service needs to be top draw. Unfortunately PH are not providing a good enough service imo. Avoid.”

“Usually good, but on this occasion the discount code didn't work, it had times out, despite urging me constantly to copy it while ordering. Finally got a ode and ordered, but still haven't recieved my item. The tracking showed it was recieved by Midlands royal mail on Tuesday, but on Sunday it still hasn't arrived. Very disappointed in this occasion”
