“Placed an order on July 26th (27 days ago) order has still not arrived. I was assured in good faith that there would be a resolution. So much so I placed a further order on August 16th (5 days ago) unfortunately the same thing has appeared to have happened with no communication as to whether that order has been recieved by the courier. So I now have orders of £150 worth of product which seem to have disappeared. My last email querying this had been ignored. Which I find absolutely applaing customer service after giving them the benefit of the doubt.”

Hello Steven, thanks for your time. Looking at your order i can see this was handed over to Royal Mail on the 16th. However its not updated until the 21st. I can see info have reached out to Royal Mail for a update as to why this has happened. This could be down to a backlog at Royal Mail. I have asked to take this further with info@peacefulhooligan.co.uk would be happy to assit where possible.

Returned to sender. Italy 11:12 Due to be delivered today 55744 09:10 Arrived at Delivery Office 55744 03:39 Item has left the overseas International Processing Centre Italy 03:38 Released from Customs Italy Once this arrives back we can take a look at the reason and then hopefulyl get this shipped back out ASAP. “I ordered a few items from the site on 3rd July, I checked the tracking no on 8th in which the post office had taken a photo & said they could not deliver, I had no calling card with a reference no, no re delivery & has taken me until now to find out through the website that I missed a delivery very poor service & still not received items”

“Ordered a medium t. Shirt 2 days later got an email saying the tag was wrong on the t. Shirt and it was a size large and woukd I like it anyway 😂 I am a medium not a large. Bit of a shambles. I also didn't get a refund lost out £16 for some reason.”

“Ordered a hoodie and t shirt. Paid £5.95 for next day delivery on a Wednesday, products didn’t arrive until the next Monday. I ordered so I could have the t shirt for the Saturday. The company did not refund the delivery cost, only offered £2, completely pointless. The company should refund the delivery cost.”
