With our focus on quality rather than trends and fads, we want to build kit to survive the things we do, from misbehaving down the pub to following our colours around the country.

Hello David, Thanks for your recent review, I can see Royal Mail had a issue with this parcel for a couple of days. “I placed an order on 25th August and received an email on the 29th of August stating my order was on the way. By the 6th of September, the tracking was still showing that it hadn't yet been sent, only that Royal Mail was expecting it. I emailed Peaceful Hooligan and I received an automated response telling me their operating hours and that they aim to respond within 2 working hours. It's now the 11th and I still haven't had a response and the tracking is still showing that Royal Mail are expecting it. I understand that sometimes things happen but then they should be dealt with, not ignored. I reached out on Facebook too (2 days ago), I had a response this morning but then nothing since.”

“Despite having paid £4.95 for delivery this product is still apparently ‘in transit’ to the Royal Mail over a week after ordering. It would have been quicker (and probably cheaper) to drive and pick it up!”
