“Usually a good fast service - item not turned up - PH says post office have it and post office online say waiting for item. On Monday it was meant to be posted out…wiill give it a few days…write off but not heard anything back.”

“Good to deal with and quick delivery. The hoodie is nice and for the sale price seems okay apart from the bad sizing of it, but if I had paid full price for it I would have been extremely disappointed as it is just a hoodie with a transferred logo on it, I don't think it would stand the test of time after a few washes.”

“Peaceful Hooligan has been one of my favourite clothing brands for the past 6 years, but unfortunately they’ve fallen short of the mark with my latest purchase, a long-sleeved polo. Upon receiving the item I noticed one collar was poorly finished, with obvious loose threads. I contacted customer service with an explanation and an image of the issue and was told to cut off the loose threads to see how it looked, with the offer of an undisclosed discount if it worked. It didn’t, so I returned it and ordered a replacement when my refund came through. The new one has the same issue, so it’s clearly a manufacturing issue, or maybe just a bad batch. I can’t be bothered going through the returns process again so I’m just going to keep it, but overall I’m a bit disappointed with the whole thing. It should be noted the refund was issued promptly once they had received the returned item, so no issues there.”

“Items arrived lovely items however tops smelt like sick had to washed x2 to remove smell and these was a gift so pleased I checked them before send them outto the individual.”

“Normally absolutely love clothing purchased for my husband but this hoodie is a nightmare for leaving black fluff all over the house. It's on the sofa, the throws, the cushions , the towels - it's even found its way onto the carpets if my husband takes it off and leaves it on the floor. CSI would love this - caught and convicted!!!”
