My order was marked despatched over a week ago but royal mail have not received it, sent an email to PH regarding this to be told they would investigate. A day later and still nothing. Have been using this company for many years, this will be my last order sadly. In this day and age of prominent online shopping service needs to be top draw. Unfortunately PH are not providing a good enough service imo.
