“I previously left a review stating the following: "My order arrived damaged (all puzzle boxes damaged and seals broken or partially broken) and there has been no response to my emails regarding this matter thus far." PDK was quick to respond to the review as well as the subsequent email I sent with an acceptable resolution to compensate for the damaged puzzle boxes. I will note that this is my second order with the first having arrived well packed and in perfect shape.”

“I purchased a jigsaw puzzle from PDK which I had not been able to find elsewhere. The website was easy to navigate and having found the item the completing of the purchase online was easy. I received confirmation of the purchase immediately and within 24 hours notification that the package had been despatched. The puzzle arrived in 2 days perfectly packaged ensuring it arrived safely undamaged. I could not be happier with the excellent level of service I received.”

“I was very happy with the Christmas Jigsaw, I had a problem with a missing piece but it was resolved very quickly and I received a replacement in the post. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely shop with PDK again.”

“Puzzles were very good value and as described. The courier (Evri), however, left them at the back of the house without ringing the bell and we had no idea they were there. Storm Babet soaked the box and I had to dry the puzzle boxes on the radiator all day. One of them was covered in cellophane, so no issue, but the other one wasn’t. Please stop using Evri.”

However, if you are not happy with the Evri service in your area, we do offer options for delivery from various other carriers, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce and UPS.
