“I purchased a jigsaw puzzle the quality of manufacture is good I would have preferred a puzzle with more difficulty. Those I viewed all looked to be of a similar difficulty.The puzzle was packed well for postage delivery was a day or so longer than I expected. It is the process of being assembled.”

“My husband loves doing jigsaw puzzles, the more detailed the better, so when we saw the Wasgij puzzles, he ordered a couple, he was very pleased with the ease of ordering and the delivery, the puzzles look amazing and will certainly be ordering more.”

“I ordered 2 Eurographics jigsaws that did not have the 'smart cut' logo on the box nor was the term in the descriptions of the items and yet I received 2 'smart cut' jigsaws. Having previously bought such jigsaws by accident and found that the pieces were confusing for the recipient, a family member whose brain works differently and that the jigsaws were undoable, I would not have bought these items had they been correctly advertised. While I received a refund for the cost of the jigsaws, one annoyingly intended to be a replacement for one of the jigsaws bought by accident, PDK at first refused to refund the shipping or return costs, then changed their mind and refunded the shipping costs but absolutely refused to refund the return costs. This was my first purchase from PDK and it will be my last.”
