“The service was very good. Initially, the item we wanted was out of stock. PDK was quick to advise when it was back in stock. After we ordered they kept us up to date with our order progress. The item arrived quickly in good condition, although we did not open the box in which the item is placed as it is a present.”

“I have ordered lots of jigsaws and have always found the service is extremely quick. A good selection of jigsaws is always on offer at reasonable prices. They are despatched soon after the order and I'm kept informed of the deliveries. I'm always keen to buy the latest jigsaws as soon as they are released.”

“I have bought many times from PDK, their puzzles and selection is great. My only issue is with the follow up when the orders are shipped international mail. I had to email several times in order to finally get a reply that there was no way to track the shipment this way. I can't always afford DHL since I live in Canada, but a bit more feedback/help would have releaved some stress.”

“I cannot fault PDK and am delighted with my purchase of two jigsaw puzzles. They are exactly what I wanted. My only disappointment was with the carrier, EVRI, who very kindly left the package outside in the pouring rain, despite my opting to use a pick-up location. Thankfully, PDK's packing was so good that the contents were undamaged.”
