“Appreciate the stocking of puzzles that are sometimes otherwise hard to get in the UK, however the last few purchases have had damages to the boxes that occured prior to them being posted. I generally purchase puzzles to keep as part of a collection, however the box damages has meant reselling which is unfortunate and causing me to rethink purchasing from here again. Appreciate that you could have received them like that, however maybe that's a supplier issue to resolve and not something I want to risk receiving if I purchase again”

We are sorry to hear that some of the puzzles you have received were not in pristine condition. We never knowingly send out puzzles which have any damage to them, as we appreciate that collectors like to have puzzle boxes in excellent condition. Did you contact us upon receipt of your orders? If you do decide to place any orders in the future, please contact us if there are any isssues

“Parcel arrived really quickly was pleased to receive it as it was not available on line from the main supplier at the time. The packaging was a bit worst for wear so the main box had a few dent but have not opened the jigsaw yet, however, I am sure it will be fine.”
