We are sorry to hear about the delay. However, there are some delays for shipments to Israel. It looks like the package has been held up at customs upon entry to Israel. You should see an update to the tracking once the package is handed to the Israeli postal service. We apologise for the delay and for any inconvenience caused.

“The Gibson 500 piece puzzles are excellent. The quality of the pieces are noticeably better than most other puzzles, they fit together easily and the puzzle stays intact if it's moved around. The XL pieces have been a game changer for my elderly parent who does not have the steadiest hands. I have now bought three of them and will definitely buy more.”

“Rather slow delivery time, on opening the package found the jigsaw box had been opened, both seals on the lid were broken. Contacted the company by telephone, no reply, sent 2 emails, no reply, fortunately jigsaw was complete and no problem. My concern is, customer service is non existent. Will not purchase from this company again. Good prices, terrible customer service!”

We are sorry to hear about the problems with your order. We have checked our emails and unfortunately cannot find any emails from yourself. I can assure you that the puzzle is brand new. The pieces should be in a sealed bag. Unfortunately there is a problem with the seals used on some puzzle boxes. The manufacturer no longer uses plastic for the seals but the new seals do tear quite easily.
