“Received a jigsaw that had a production fault. Emailed PDK and had a reply from Anne apologising saying that a replacement would be sent. Received the jigsaw a few days later. That is what I call a rock hard no quibble guarantee. My compliments for your customer service.”

“Late delivery due to the fact I messed up and didn’t add all of my address details online, however as soon as I called to check find this out my delivery arrived the very next day so great customers service.”
