“Lovely, friendly, knowledgeable teacher. Very small group. We made delicious food which we then ate. We were then given the recipes. What else could you ask for ? Excellent.”

“It's almost unbelievable as to what you can achieve within a relatively short amount of time! The flavours you learn to produce are amazing... they truly pounce out at you and its undeniably more delicious, healthy and authentic. Having private lessons mean that you get a tailored experience and really get hands on in learning your chosen dishes. We've now been twice and i'm sure will be returning again for more!!!!”

“My sister-in-law and I had a fantastic cookery demonstration. We were shown how to prepare a Thai paste and used it to make a chicken & potato curry. We also made Tom Yum Pak soup and Thai fish cakes. The whole experience was really interesting and we got to eat all the delicious food after. A very good birthday present idea.”

“I had a excellent experience At Paya Thai cooking, Jiripan tought me how to cook 2 lovely dishes in a very clear and fun way. After I was given full instructions so I can cook them again at home. Highly recomended”

“The class was excellent, Jirapan explains everything very well so you can fully understand how all the ingredients work together to make such wonderful dishes. The class was not rushed with plenty of time to ask questions and advice. Would definitely recommend.”

“A wonderful experience, learning in a friendly relaxed manner. Jirapan is a lovely lady and brilliant chef. I was given the course by my Wife for my birthday, an absolutely outstanding gift. Had fun and learnt 3 recipes also a lovely refreshing Thai salad. A great afternoon that I would recommend to anyone. Wether you are a good cook already, or just want to learn another country's cuisine, even if you have never cooked before, you are walked through every aspect of the recipes. “My daughter in law and myself spent a faboulus afternoon doing this Thai Cookery Course. I have been on several different types of cookery courses in the past but this one was just the best. The food we cooked was top quality and then to sit and eat it after was just the icing on the cake. Book yourself on a course you will not be dissapointed. Well done Paya Thai Cooking you are the best.”

“I had a fantastic day at Paya Thai. Jirapan was helpful, informative and talked through every instruction carefully. She got everyone involved and chopping or stirring. As well as learning some yummy Thai recipes we were also taught some basic cooking skills for chopping, cooking beef, peeling ginger etc. Afterwards we all sat down for a wonderful meal and enjoyed what we had prepared. I had such a lovely experience that I've booked to return in October and I can't wait!”

“Two words: Absolutely wonderful!! I have always wanted to learn how to make authentic Thai food, and Jirapan took us through each step so carefully, explaining as she went along. She is so thorough and passionate about what she does. I look at food and cooking techniques is a completely new and exciting way. Excellent, I highly recommend!!”

You were well prepared, explained everything so well, I felt we all came away having enjoyed the most fantastic afternoon learning a lot at the same time. The food we all prepared together was delicious and it was a lovely surprise at the end of the session to be able sit down, with this great group of people and enjoy what we'd cooked with a glass of wine. “Very enjoyable experience. Great mix of people. Good explanation of all the ingredients used. Everyone was able to get hands on to prepare and then cook. Nice touch at the end when we had finished cooking all the dishes, we sat in the dining room with a bottle of wine and consumed what we had made. Really good afternoon, would recommend.”

“I organized an afternoon for work colleagues and myself. We had a brilliant time. Jirapan was so easy to deal with when setting it up, and on the day she was absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable and friendly, a real pleasure to be in her company. We cooked some amazing food and all came away having learnt so much. We had a great hand out from Jirapan and she passed on so much useful information to us as we were cooking. We would definitely recommend her to anybody and would like to return again. Thank you Jirapan !! Jackie.”

“Excellent teacher. We had a super morning cooking excellent food in a very relaxed atmosphere. Very clear instruction on the correct ingredients to use and how to prepare them and how important tasting is at the different stages of cooking. The best part of course is eating a scrumptious meal at the end. Would definitely recommend this course and in fact have already done so.”
