“Attended the Street Food Cookery Class with my son and we both had an absolutely brilliant time! Jirapan was an excellent host and shared lots of very useful cookery knowledge. It was a very hands on class, which made it really good fun.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my time with Paya Thai Cooking. The session was very well planned and flowed from one recipe to the other. The information on the ingredients and their origin was very informative. The correct balance of hands on and instruction made the session interesting and engaging. Highly recommend and am planning on booking another session for myself and my partner.”

“It was a great class with lots of hands on cooking, discussion and hints and tips. You come out feeling that you can easily cook the dishes at home, so much so I'm going out to buy the store cupboard essentials and ingredients to make pad Thai and Thai green curry today! Would highly recommend the cooking classes.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Paya Thai Cooking! I was treated to expert guidance in a highly interactive cooking class. Jirapan very quickly created a relaxed and friendly environment for cooking in a very well equipped kitchen. Excellent assistants allowed us to focus on the cooking process rather than cleaning up. I was also supplied with a very comprehensive folder with the recipes that we cooked on the day, and notes on where many of the ingredients can be sourced. I will be considering another class, I learnt a lot and had a great time. I only have one suggestion .... that perhaps if we were able to take a portion of food home, the word on how good the classes were will travel even quicker. Graham Shute”

“Thank you to jirapan for welcoming us into your home and showing us a fantastic Thai lesson, the Dim Sum Gab Moo were something to die for and the Gaeng Penang Gai and Prik Gaeng Penang were out of this world but the best bit was being given the recipes and where to source the ingredients for a true Thai experience to create our own. We will be back for another lesson and more recipes with our daughter and partner as they love Thai food. Sue and Den Marshall”

“We loved our thai cooking class. Jirapan was a fantastic teacher and took us every each stage to create delicious, authentic dishes. At the end of the class we were able to enjoy all of the dishes we had made with a glass of wine. Overall the class was great and we would highly recommend. Thank you!”

“Jiripan was an excellent teacher and a very friendly person too. We were asked to smell and taste ingredients throughout the course which allowed me understand the use of the various ingredients used. We were also taught a few handy techniques and tricks. The whole course was very relaxed and Jiripan always took time to answer any questions people had. Of course, it goes without saying that eating what we had made was also very enjoyable!”
