“Really enjoyed this experience. It was relaxed and fun. Jirapan was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I learnt so much and the food was delicious. I had major kitchen envy at your beautiful kitchen space! Would highly recommend.”

“It was really great to learn how to make delicious recipes from scratch. I picked up lots of tips and new techniques. We packed so much into the session and had lots of yummy food to take home and eat that evening.”

“I had a fantastic time learning to cook with Jirapan from Paya Thai cooking. A very informal and relaxed atmosphere for a hands on cooking lesson, learning not only the ingredients and techniques but also all the tips and tricks needed to reproduce the amazing dishes we prepared. Jirapan was extremely patient with us, and took us all through the dish creation one step at a time, she is very knowledgeable and gives advice with some humour too!. Many thanks for a really enjoyable afternoon, I'll be back for more. Adrian”

“What a brilliant and engaging Thai cooking course, it was easy to understand, all the steps to create some amazing dishes. Jirapan knowledge of the spices we used gave us all the confidence to go away and make our own special meals for our families. I'm sure I will back”

“I had such a good time today and was so impressed with the organisation and the relaxed atmosphere of the class. The fact that you went above and beyond to cater for a coeliac vegetarian who also doesn’t eat anything fish related was amazing! I felt very at ease and really enjoyed cooking and then eating the food! Thank you again and I’d love to come back another time.”
