“From the moment we arrived at Jirapans house we felt welcomed, as true Thai hospitality is. The 3 hours went extremely quickly, learnt some amazing tricks and made some delicious dishes, I feel like a Thai chef now. Ps big thanks to Mom for doing all the washing up”

“A really great experience. Very hands on, informative and fun Jirapan is a natural teacher, and very patient! The food we made was so tasty, the whole family tried it, and gave a big thumbs up If you'd like to cook traditional Thai food, this experience is a must”

“Thank you so much for a wonderful evening learning to cook Penang curry, pad thai and pork skewers. There's a group of four of us, who have made this an annual tradition. Jirapan is an amazing teacher and makes the experience so much fun. Can't wait to come back next year!”

“I loved my cooking lesson! Jirapan is super knowledgeable and a great teacher. I learnt so much about Thai ingredients to methods and tips for preparing food that I will certainly be utilising in my everyday cooking. “We had a wonderful time learning all about Thai spices and flavours from Jirapan, our very talented and enthusiastic tutor. She inspired us with her skills and enthusiasm to help us create some delicious Thai recipes full of flavour. We learnt such a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our fun and relaxed cooking session. “I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking course. Beautiful, fresh ingredients and a stunning kitchen. Very well organized and even though we worked in pairs, Jirapan ensured that we got equal cooking and prep time. The food was delicious and really easy to follow instructions. I highly recommend this course for anyone who loves Thai food.”

“Warm and welcoming, Jirapan made the experience fun and interesting. We made green curry paste, chicken green curry, prawn pad thai and king prawn tom yum soup, all of it delicious and morish. And there was plenty left over to share back home. It didn't last long! Thanks, Jirapan! It was an education. I have loved Thai food for a long time, and now I know how to take my prep and cooking to the next level”

“Myself and my Son had the pleasure to meet Jirapan last Saturday having purchased one of her cookery classes as a Christmas present. She is such a lovely welcoming host and teacher. She clearly has a passion for what she does. The recipes she demonstrated were incredibly tasty. It was so interesting learning about the fresh produce and the way they utilise these in Thai cooking. She was inspiring and engaging throughout the session. Nothing was too much trouble. Not only do you learn some new techniques and cook amazing food, you get to take some home. All in all a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. I now have kitchen envy!”
