“We had a very enjoyable morning learning to make three delicious dishes with Jirapan. As a beginner to Thai cooking I really appreciated the time taken to explain all the ingredients and talking us through step by step. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we left feeling very happy and excited to try and make the dishes again at home. Thank you 😊”

“Jirapan was amazing. The whole set up is amazing and the love and passion she has for what she is sharing comes throughout the whole class. I learnt so much about choosing the right foods, where to get them and important steps in the process that no recipe book will ever tell you to elevate the results. Honestly I couldn't recommend this class enough. It's a beautiful set up with plenty of space. I can thoroughly recommend.”

“Brilliant lesson. I’ve done lots of cookery lessons and this was amongst the best. I love the authenticity of the recipes and the focus on understanding what the ingredients are and how they affect taste so you end up understanding the recipes, not just copying. I feel much more confident making pastes and dishes now!”

“A wonderful few hours cooking and learning about the ingredients and how it all goes together. A relaxed atmosphere and very enjoyable. It was easy to follow and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this course. Jirapan was very welcoming, knowledgeable and really helpful.”

“This was a really enjoyable and informative class. The numbers are small so that there is a lovely informal atmosphere with the group, while Jirapan also gave plenty of individual attention to us all. It was also a very informative morning as we were walked through the different types of Thai cooking and understanding the ingredients an dtheir uses and flavours. Most importantly, we left with the lovely food we had made (having tasted it along the way), and armed with the skills to be able to replicate the dishes at home. It managed to be both a lovely and constructive way to spent a morning and I would thoroughly recommend this course to everyone.”

“Jirapan runs a brilliant class, not only showing you how to cook great food but explaining why certain processes and ingredients are used. The best thai food I have tasted and I made it! (with her help of course). The class is fun and informal, in the relaxed atmophere of her lovely home. I will definitely be going back.”

“Well worth the trip from London! Instructor was energetic, clear and kept to timetable with ease. We all felt comfortable and importantly confident to dig in and cook. Also learned A LOT about ingredients, including coriander root - less food waste! Great course!”

“We loved the whole morning, which just flew by. Jirpan had everything organised and was very engaging and helpful , explaining everything as we went along. We cooked three dishes and stayed to eat some for lunch and then there were plenty of left overs. I’d really recommend Paya Thai Cooking and look forward to attending again some time.”

“This was an excellent experience and I will certainly be back to learn more. It was very enjoyable, informative and all the food was so delicious. Small group set up cooking in pair's in a fabulous cooking space. we learnt about the techniques, equipment, where to shop, taste, working out the strengh you would enjoy, efficiency of the running through/ prep /cooking the 3 dishes, it was fabulous. Fully recommend and the family really enjoyed my cooking which was brought away. Thanks so much.”
