“It was really great to learn how to make delicious recipes from scratch. I picked up lots of tips and new techniques. We packed so much into the session and had lots of yummy food to take home and eat that evening.”

“I had a fantastic time learning to cook with Jirapan from Paya Thai cooking. A very informal and relaxed atmosphere for a hands on cooking lesson, learning not only the ingredients and techniques but also all the tips and tricks needed to reproduce the amazing dishes we prepared. Jirapan was extremely patient with us, and took us all through the dish creation one step at a time, she is very knowledgeable and gives advice with some humour too!. Many thanks for a really enjoyable afternoon, I'll be back for more. Adrian”

“I had such a good time today and was so impressed with the organisation and the relaxed atmosphere of the class. The fact that you went above and beyond to cater for a coeliac vegetarian who also doesn’t eat anything fish related was amazing! I felt very at ease and really enjoyed cooking and then eating the food! Thank you again and I’d love to come back another time.”

“Superb introduction to Thai cooking with the Street Food class. The course was suitably paced, the right size, and I am amazed at what we produced in just 3.5 hours. Jirapan was engaging, knowledgable, thoughtful, and funny. I will certainly return another time.”
