“I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking course. Beautiful, fresh ingredients and a stunning kitchen. Very well organized and even though we worked in pairs, Jirapan ensured that we got equal cooking and prep time. The food was delicious and really easy to follow instructions. I highly recommend this course for anyone who loves Thai food.”

“Warm and welcoming, Jirapan made the experience fun and interesting. We made green curry paste, chicken green curry, prawn pad thai and king prawn tom yum soup, all of it delicious and morish. And there was plenty left over to share back home. It didn't last long! Thanks, Jirapan! It was an education. I have loved Thai food for a long time, and now I know how to take my prep and cooking to the next level”

“Myself and my Son had the pleasure to meet Jirapan last Saturday having purchased one of her cookery classes as a Christmas present. She is such a lovely welcoming host and teacher. She clearly has a passion for what she does. The recipes she demonstrated were incredibly tasty. It was so interesting learning about the fresh produce and the way they utilise these in Thai cooking. She was inspiring and engaging throughout the session. Nothing was too much trouble. Not only do you learn some new techniques and cook amazing food, you get to take some home. All in all a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. I now have kitchen envy!”

“The class was a great experience for learning new skills and recipes. The three recipes we learnt were great and we really enjoyed making the dim sum. The main takeaway for me was how to use the coconut milk at the outset of making a curry, cooking it down and then using that as the oil to cook off the curry paste and then the meat, it's a real gamechanger. Thank you for a fantastic class, we both really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to practice our dim sum pinching skills!!”

“Last week I had the pleasure of attending a Thai cooking course with Jirapan as a late birthday present. As the group arrived; we were warmly welcomed into her beautiful home and first learnt about traditional Thai ingredients, including their history, taste, smell and texture. After this Jirapan then in turn demonstrated how to make three incredibly tasty recipes using the fresh produce on display with the group then pairing off to replicate these. The results were incredible and we were lucky enough to take home each of these meals home with us (which my partner was happy about) Except now, she's wanting more! Jirapan was very engaging and helpful throughout the class along with her trusted assistant (Mom). If you're excited about (Thai) food I wouldn't hesitate to book onto this class as I learnt a lot (other than I need new knives and a bigger kitchen) Thanks for having me! Edwin”

Jirapan generously shared her knowledge, while Mom kept everything spotless and perfectly organised. “I was pleasantly surprised to attend this cooking class. The welcome given by Jirapan and the environment was such that the learning process was most enjoyable .The instruction and explanation given by Jiapan throughout the class was very clear and easy to follow culminating in the production of three dishes. “A thoroughly enjoyable and educational experience. We are all familiar with Thai dishes, but learnng about how they are prepared (properly) was very interesting indeed. How the right ingredients are selected, how to prepare them and how the dishes are created. We were encouraged to try each of them and we learned what to look for for in each, so that we were choosing the perfect example. Similarly, we were taught the techniques to employ when making the various dishes. Each was demonstrated and our own attempts were monitored and advice given where needed. We had all the equipment and ingredients we needed and, in the background, all the tidying up (and washing up) was done for us. This enabled us to simply enjoy the experience of creating the dishes themselves. All in all, it was a very informative and wonderful morning and Jirapan and her sister provided an excellent experience.”
