“What a fantastic afternoon learning about Thai ingredients and how to get the best out of them. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed eating the fruits of our labour! Everything was incredibly well organised from the joining instructions and directions to the slick operation in the kitchen. I highly recommend it!”

“I had such a good time today and was so impressed with the organisation and the relaxed atmosphere of the class. The fact that you went above and beyond to cater for a coeliac vegetarian who also doesn’t eat anything fish related was amazing! I felt very at ease and really enjoyed cooking and then eating the food! Thank you again and I’d love to come back another time.”

“Superb introduction to Thai cooking with the Street Food class. The course was suitably paced, the right size, and I am amazed at what we produced in just 3.5 hours. Jirapan was engaging, knowledgable, thoughtful, and funny. I will certainly return another time.”

“This is a fantastic course. Great for all ages. Really informative and fun with amazing results. The food we cooked was so tasty and Jirapan who runs the class is a lovely, kind and great teacher. “This cookery class was fantastic! Jirapan was an amazing teacher and not only showed us how to cook the dishes but gave us so much information on the ingredients etc. Jirapan also made us feel so welcome into her home, and we had a great group of people too Andy & Mandy”

“We had an absolutely wonderful morning this weekend on the Thai cooking course with Jirapan. The course was really well organised but we felt relaxed and welcome. It was wonderful to cook and taste the dishes as well as learn about the ingredients and thai culture. The Thai feast we had at home was delicious. Food hygiene and cleanliness were excellent. Jirapan was a wonderful host. I cannot recommend this cooking course highly enough. Thank you!”

“Paya Thai Cooking School was a fantastic culinary experience! This was a return visit for us….. taking friends with us this time. The afternoon was professionally organised and relaxed but informative throughout. The little ‘tips’ , stories and shared history of the food we had chosen to cook really made it a special event. Now the food thst we cooked tasted amazing…. And there was plenty of it!! We chose to take ours home to eat and had a feast that evening! I would highly recommend this company.”

“Jirapan is a wonderful chef and teacher. She is totally professional, and shares her time equally between all the guests. She clearly knows everything there is to know about Thai cooking and all the ingredients involved. Her delivery style is calm and full of good humour. The three dishes, green Thai curry ( chicken), Pad Thai noodles and Papaya salad complimented each other beautifully. Fantastic flavours. I’d definitely go back for another course!”
