I attended having been given the class as a birthday present - and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Jirapan is a wonderful host and teacher, the class being held in her home and a fabulous modern (state of the art) kitchen. The six of us in the class whilst being all adults were of a quite an age range differing experiences of preparing Thai food - from nothing through to others who had been to a similar class in the past. Each of us had our own work station but the majority of the preparation and cooking was done in a team effort under Jiarapan's excellent eye and tutelage! We cooked a Beef Massaman Curry, Chicken Stiry Fry and Chicken Satay and had the joy of eating what we had prepared at the end of the class. I for one was introduced to spices I had not seen before and some methods of preparation which were new to me. It was an excellent 3.5 hours or so and I would have no hesitation in recommending to others as a present or doing it yourself. Indeed I am now considering another visit to try a different set of meals! Great tuition, lovely atmosphere and a really fun time out!
