“I have ordered paving and accessories through this company and thoroughly recommend them. They are knowledgeable and offer a fast and efficient delivery service. I purchased porcelain paving and it was excellent quality, the same as you buy from the builders merchants. Can't praise them enough. Thank you all.”

“Great customer service, the paving I wanted was not in stock so advised of suitable alternatives. Arrived within 9 days as promised. Helpful delivery driver. A few of the paving slabs had cracks or chips (10%) but they are a natural product and the slightly imperfect ones will be used under the shed.”

“Had an issue with mis-ordering. Rang up and received excellent service, the lady I spoke to sorted out the issue, amending the order and organising the refund. Delivered within 3 days too. Great stuff!!”

“Easy to order with enough stock for my project, kept upto date with delivery date of limestone pavers, the delivery driver was very accommodating and after unpacking 3 ton of mixed sizes only 4 had broken in transit which can be used for the cut-out pieces, very pleased with the riven finish just waiting for a day of nice weather to seal them.”

“This is my second order with the paving superstore. we purchased porcelain patio tiles which were so good and with the glass balustrading helped to sell our house. so now we are building the same patio on our new home. the ordering was easy and delivery very prompt and well packaged with no damages would highly recommend.”

“To be honest I panicked after ordering and then reading the reviews! I absolutely could not fault them. Twice, IÕve had wonderful telephone service from Sheree. Nothing was too much trouble; from calculating how much stone we needed and what packs to split to allow for our garden step sizes to be fulfilled, to resending confirmation email within seconds of requesting it after changing our minds and finally ordering something completely different than she had quoted for originally! Outstanding customer service Sheree, thank you. Delivery within 5 working days. Palettline emailed and texted to arrange delivery. Delivery was perfectly on time with a driver who went to great lengths to ensure that our paving was safely stored within our front garden rather than curb side. Marvellous; highly recommended!”
