“Item arrived with scuff marks on inner Barrel and slide don't think this item was brand new as my friends had plastic wrap round his did not return as needed it for weekend I'd say to try buy item from different retailers”

“The stock is brilliant, however I rang in to ask if my order had been received after 2 weeks, admittedly I had two tone service, but the lady I spoke to was very rude and abrupt and made ringing the company and unpleasant experience, I'm in two mind weather to use them again”

“Although it says Cyma brand. I didn't see any Cyma writteb on the packaging (doesnt bother me) Otherwise it feeds really well, you can clearly see roughly how many bbs left in the mag and it actually holds 150 bbs. It feeds my LCT AK and JG RPK just fine. Good purchase well worth it.”

“I was looking for information regarding what battery I should purchase so I used the chat. bot. I left my details 3 times but nobody got back to me. However, when I used their email address I got a response almost immediately and bought a new battery which arrived two days later.”

“The item was required for a specific purpose and replaced a hard carry case. Ordered on the 28th arrived on the 29th, excellent service. The item was extremely well packed with no damage. All in all very satisfied with the purchase.”

“Unfortunately, not a good experience. I requested that the delivery was not left in the public foyer of my apartment block as items have been stolen by opportunist neighbours. This request was ignored by the delivery company. Although this was not Patrol Base's fault, when I phoned them, the person on the phone was quite curt with me. She asked what my order number was but, as I had about 4 separate orders with Patrol Base at the time, I was unsure which it was. I offered the courier firms order number and this was taken, with a promise to get back to me later that day or the next day. I did not receive this call. I emailed twice but did not receive a response. All in all, not a great experience for someone starting out with this hobby.”
