“Delivery was quick, alot of imformation is given in descriptions but when I messaged to enquire about some internals of my rifle not listed I got no reply. CS is essential to any business even if its a reply to say we don't know, Ignoring someone that has recently spent £6-700 isn't the best business choice as I may go elsewhere in the future.”

“I placed a sizeable ordered, I had an issue with my defense but that was fixed within the hour of receiving the email. and paid for “expedited” delivery. A week later? Nothing. Apparently, their idea of fast shipping involves a calendar, not a clock. When I dared call customer service, I was treated like I’d asked them to personally hand-deliver it on foot. Curt, exasperated, and utterly uninterested — no apology, no refund.”
