“Delivery was good the website is good prices are good but durability of the dessert eagle isn't great my son dropped the magazine and it's been loose and leaking has ever since and the m4 I bought for myself has only fired a handful of bbs and hasn't worked since... the motor works fine dosnt seemed to be blocked in any way but no bbs are registering through it and the dragon over sniper rifle has blocked a few times despite using the recommended size bbs”

“Never arrived, waited a week and a half till i got an email stating when i ordered it was out of stock. Wish they had checked in sooner i can understand errors but waiting till the delivery date to tell me its not coming isnt very helpful”

“I received my rifle which doesnt work, 3 weeks later this still doesnt work despite me going to the shop in person. I am very frustrated and annoyed and will be seeking a refund if not resolved within the next 5 working days.”
