“My first purchase from this company, specna prime aeg, not cheap, received the wrong colour. It was also missing parts and was in a box that had labels under the ones that related to me, is this even a new item? I contacted Patrol base, a return was arranged and they have had the item on site for over a week now, I requested an update at the one week point, no response to date. They get 1 star for a quick return process, not the best buying experience.”

“Price decent, delivery fast however had some issues with my scar gbb which I ordered as the stock nozzle broke after testing two mags with it and had to order a replacement which is now taking two weeks to get to me as it’s bank holiday, frustrating but will still be returning”

“Fantastic customer service! I bought a 2 tone RIF (blue) and was sent the wrong one. No hassle with the returns process and received the correct item in record time. “The items came nicely packaged the rifle worked aswell as you would expect for the price I paid an extra £22 on upgrades and now it works amazingly well rhe foreground however is really difficult to put on and off as it is really tight on the rail the stock is also good but it’s really difficult sometimes ro get he stock off as rhe lever you pull down struggles ti pull fully down”

“Ordered a 2 tone version. Waited a while for delivery then when arrived the 2 tone paint was chipped, was meant for a birthday gift now looks second hand. Spoke to Patrol base they offered to give me £10 back for them painting it or to send it back and miss the birthday suprise. Not finished to high standard and was advised the paint will invenevitably chip after light use on key areas of touch”
