“Absolutely shocking service. Will never order from PatrolBase again. Had an email after my order to say my UKARA wasn't accepted, rang your customer services to be told it wasn't valid while I was looking at my UKARA number showing as active on their own database. Refunded my order and took my custom elsewhere.”

Ran into an issue where part of an order went missing, customer service (incl. an employee named Simon) was very helpful on the phone and had the situation resolved, with replacement AEGs sent. Also really like how detailed product descriptions and specifications are compared to other retailers.”
