“Item came damaged sent email had no reply rang and spoke to someone was told it would be looked in to straight away and still no reply was meant to be a Xmas present so that’s now not happening”

“Great value a wide range of airsoft stuff only issue is paying nearly £10 for 24hr dispatch and 1-2 delivery it took 3 days to dispatch and one item was missed out but customer service got it sorted quickly”

“Ive used Patrol Base a few time now and they have always been great, again i ordered online with no issues, email received the next day to contact them, they couldn't have been more helpful, small issue on my side soon sorted and item dispatched promptly and arrived quickly, it was a Christmas present to my self and can't wait to try it out in the new year”
