“Ordered gun, it sayed "in stock." Paid for express delivery. Recieved confirmation email. Then a week of silence. I chase up. They say It's out of stock. Asked them how long before they were going to notify me, I get a pre-written email saying "and we notified you as soon as possible." Hilarious. Got given a choice of à refund or similar item. I say refund obviously. 2 days of silence. A different PB email asks me to reply to the first one! I did! I reply to them, they say 5 working days for the refund, appears in my bank after 6. Never using again, recomending against forever. They seem to get their customers mixed up with their bank when they want a loan. Conveniently, us cusromers can't charge interest, I wish I could. If this review becomes public I'd be very surprised.”
