“I love patrol base, awesome people to talk with on the phone. Superb service and fast delivery. When I have had a problem patrol base sorted it out really quickly. I have been buying RIF's from this company for two years now and see no reason to stop. Thank you Patrol Base.”

“This has become my local and regulat store, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the range if products excellent. The Bolster Armouries team of Mark and Jake and brilliant, having bought the Atals , the aftercare I have received has been fantastic, this has flowed in with various rifs I've asked them to modify/upgrade for me t very competitive prices and always good service. I'd recommend them as techs and the whole store in general. The only minor point is the telephone service can be very slow at times snd difficult to get through, otherwise I'm more than happy.”

“Always easy to buy from, never had an issue with ordering. However because of my location the courier used to deliver it has always misplaced my order. No fault of patrol base though.”

“I ordered a 100 round ammo box but was sent a 50 round ammo box, although it was incorrectly labelled 100. I contacted Patrol Base explained the issue and immediately they said they would rectify the problem and send me the correct size ammo box and that I could keep the 50 round ammo box already received as it was their mistake, I received the correct size box the following morning, great customer service, very responsive to a problem and helpful, would certainly recommend them”

“Gosh could anyone write a short review about Patrol Base UK ltd? Absolutely fantastic company that has the best, yes the BEST customer service I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. I have always been made to feel like an important customer. The quality of the stock they sell which is a vast amount of things, is extremely great. The guns are sturdy where metal isn't used, it's high quality polymer. The last gun cz P-09 is so realistic it's scary. Customer for life doesn't even come close to how I feel about this company. They are more like a family than a business.”

“Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, didn't poop on me for being a noob and asking lots of questions. Helped me narrow my choices and make a decision on the phone twice. Much appreciated advice now I have the products and am satisfied with them all. Will be back for a third order very soon I'm sure.”
