“Good selection of gear, top rifs and a great back up crew, able to give advice or even help with returns. Used them for years and will continue to do so.”

“Seems to be almost impossible to get a reply from them. Should have read the other reviews before ordering. Livechat on the website is ignored, regardless of how many times you try or how long you wait, eventually it just gives up. Emails ignored. Waiting for an item for nearly 2 months (From EU warehouse, so will take longer, but was due by yesterday), yet no updates, no refund, no idea if it will arrive, or they will just keep my money. Will need to look to do a charge back. Don't recommend, read the other reviews first at least.”

“Patrol base is very good customer service call them up with a problem. Sent me out a receipt return slip sent the gun back within a matter of 2 weeks before I knew it. The gun was back and it was fixed it's a very good customer service and offer great advice”

“The orange muzzle was broken off lucky I what the gun as a display item so I just gorilla glued it back in place & were the BB come out is clear so it still might work”
