“It was despatched quickly and arrived well packaged. However Nuprol seemed to have sent out the product with a electrical connector inconsistent with the battery supplied with the product. I have since contacted Patrol Base about this under their returns procedure and heard nothing. I intend to keep the product but it will now cost me more money to have it rewired just to use the battery supplied with it.”

“Fast delivery great prices and amazing customer support I’ve recently just bought a bolster tuned mp5 from patrol base and I’ve gotta say the bolster team have smashed it out of the park used it at The Stan in Sheffield and I’ve gotta say it did not miss a beat really snappy amazing quality and a really solid build I will definitely continue shopping with patrol base especially the bolster armouries line 👌”

“This has become my local and regulat store, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the range if products excellent. The Bolster Armouries team of Mark and Jake and brilliant, having bought the Atals , the aftercare I have received has been fantastic, this has flowed in with various rifs I've asked them to modify/upgrade for me t very competitive prices and always good service. I'd recommend them as techs and the whole store in general. The only minor point is the telephone service can be very slow at times snd difficult to get through, otherwise I'm more than happy.”

“Order placed: 15th April, just before Easter so I expected delays, paid for next day delivery - estimated arrival 20th. It is now the 28th and I have not had a single word from Support despite sending several messages. My order is still set to 'Received' status and currently, the order status is 'Awaiting Pick' with currently no indication as to when that may change or when I can expect to receive it. Hopefully, I will receive it soon but only time will tell.”
