“Followed link from gun purchased to battery and it arrived but doesn’t fit gun. Returns process states to contact Patrol Base prior to returning item, waited a week so far for a response, still no reply and a battery that doesn’t fit. Not good customer service”

“Ordered 80 pounds worth of items on a Tuesday, and paid for 1 to 2 days shipping as I had a game the Sunday, I waited till Friday before ringing up, then I was told on the phone, I will be coming out the next day=Saturday, I then had to wait till Monday to email them to get an answer and then they told me one of my main items was out of stock, which it wasn't at the time of ordering, they emailed me saying that the delivery service hadn't picked the parcel up but online it still said the parcels had been received and not processed, the delivery and processing service is a joke, this has happened before to my brother when ordering from here. Not happy with the service. There are more sights to buy from and I'll go to them before this shop from now on.”

“I havent recived my item, emailed them, called them no answer, been 7 days, im still waiting for my item, all items came except 8Fields Tactical Buckle Up Recce/Sniper Chest Rig, what a joke, i recived a plate carrier instead which i returned to them via a QR code as soon as i recieved it. Not happy at all”

“10/10 Purchase experience. Recently re built my RiF and decided to use Patrol Base to order the parts I needed. So much information available if you become a little skeptic about something and are unsure what you need. Dispatch and Delivered when it said it would. No issues at all. Will definitely be using again when the time comes for some new goodies.”

“Products great and quick customer service responses. One issue was it stated 6-10 working days until item dispatched (I ordered the two tone service). On the 12th day (a Wednesday) I had no update so I contacted patrol base via email as I had a skirmish on the Sunday and wanted to use the gun in the game. I got a reply the next day which was good and it stated my gun would be dispatched that day and with me on the Saturday. This news was great as it was perfect timing however the gun was not dispatched until the next day and the gun didn’t arrive until Monday which was disappointing. Overall everything else was great and I would definitely recommend.”
