“Relatively cheap and easy to use plan buying service. Couple of suggestions for improvements would be to enable the purchase of larger plans (covering a larger area) and to be able to choose central location for plan by grid reference (i.e. not centred on an existing property)”

Hello, thanks for the feedback, however if the plan is marked correctly by the customer (ie. redline the correct property) there is no reason why it shouldn't be accepted as the plans meet all requirements necessary. Sorry to hear that. A scale is shown on the plan and you have the opportunity to red line the property online so perhaps you missed these?

“I ordered a location plan, and received a site plan. Talking on live chat was not helpful, and replies were obviously scripted as I received the same lengthy reply from two different operatives which didn't answer the question. The question was never answered, and I'm waiting for a call within 48 hours. The plans were urgent and will be either be delayed, or I shall need to pay another company and claim this payment back from my bank. I still maintain that on the second order I ordered a location plan. Whilst you explained that the scale of this order is a location plan, it states on the document that it’s a site plan. This is confusing to a novice like me. I am however very impressed in how quickly you called me to explain. This was very good customer service.”

Hello Nick, thanks for the response, however as we discussed on the phone, you had saved the two different plans with the same name and hence you thought we had delivered one scale of plan instead of the two that you ordered. This is not our fault and you acknowledged this on the phone. We also called you back well within 24 hours, so I'm not sure you have your facts correct. We will of course look at the issue of the lengthy responses from our operatives however. In summary we think your review is not valid as you admitted on the phone that the fault was yours. Much appreciated.

“This is probably personal, but I would prefer the property address to be at the bottom of the plan and also the plan scale to be shown separate and larger. I always write the scale out larger to make it stand out for the planning.”

“A simple straightforward way to purchase ordnance survey plans, The address is added automatically (not on one of the other suppliers, so you don't know straightaway where your plan is from). The only improvement I would make is that when adding the outline of the property in red, it should be just the outer curtilage and not around the house as well. I have to always put the outline in by "hand".”
