“Product is what I wanted however it arrived outside the 3-5 working days promised and after the event. I therefore had to frantically shop around for a substitute. Very disappointed as this was the no hassle option. After a frantic phone around and dash to the shop I bought the same product for half the price. I'll look locally first in future.”

“Party Perfecto has good costumes with good prices but I was disappointed when I paid for next day delivery by 10pm on a Thursday, expecting it on Saturday(according to what was on the website) to use on Sunday. I didn't get my knight costume until Tuesday.”

“The packaging had ripped open and I’m missing 3 of the bouncy putty I ordered. There was a claim notice from the post office but I haven’t done anything about it. Putty and party boxes ok however bit disappointed with the bubbles they looked a bit more vibrant on the picture and they haven’t all been filled to the same level. Over all ok.”

“Have not received my order very dissatisfied. Yodel have had several texts to let them know when I would be in but no response. Cannot rate items as have not received. Use another delivery service as Yodel is diabolical.”

“The packaging my items came in was shocking, there was no padding for breakable items hence two items turning up broken. No one available to speak to when I tried to call so I just had to deal with broken items. Definitely won’t be using this website for my party planning again. Also may I note, there was cigarette ash in one of the bottles of bubbles. Absolutely appalling!”

“I ordered 200 bouncy balls from this company. The order took longer than expected to come and they also gave me 12 less balls than what I payed for. Not usually one to complain but I didn’t get exactly what I paid for.”

“Packaging was poor causing 2 products to split in bag and leave iron filings covering everything. I contacted party perfecto for replacements, no reply. Gave up. Wiped down other products so i could use them and made do with 2 less than i needed. The products supplied by party perfecto are decent enough, but if you order from them and have a problem don't expect any customer service, be prepared to pay for unuseable products.”

“My order was for a hen weekend. I was told it would ne delivered in time. It was due to be delivered on the Thursday but never arrived. On the Friday i went away without my gifts for the Bride!! Monday afternoon it turned up but was pointless!”
