“The bubble wands had leaked onto the rest of the order, spoiling many of the items which was a shame.”

“Products were OK, but paid extra for priority delivery and they arrived 1 day too late. Courier might have been to blame (I honestly don't know), but communication was poor from Party Perfecto and I couldn't find a phone number anywhere to find out what was going on - I was at the mercy of waiting for their (very, very slow) email responses.”

“Paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive until 1 week later. Complained and a someone called Charles got back to me willing to give a full refund, including delivery. Even though the situation was handled well and the staff were understanding, I would not recommend this company.”

“I have order my kid Birthday party bags and some fillings. It arrive late late and part of the order missing! I asked them about and they said it wil be send but nothing arrived! At the end I needed to buy it from another said and pay again because it never arrive in time for my child party! No happy at all!”

“Unfortunately parcel did not arrive in time for children’s Xmas party 😩 I realise that this is down to Royal Mail -standard delivery 3-5 days took 13 days-very disappointed. Parcel was as ordered.”

“The items are great and exactly what I was looking for but the length of time I have waited to receive these was awful!! Due to this I am very reluctant to ever buy from this site again which is ashame as the items are nice but the very late delivery meant I could not give my class of 24 children their Christmas goody bag in time. Disappointing.”
