“In times of inconvenience, you have made sending so easy. I sent ours over xmas and it was marvellous they received it with no delay. “Parcel direct is a great service. I would recommend you to really improve how you put the information on your website. I had some basic questions about how it works, delivery times etc. but I spent nearly an hour going through your FAQ for questions which were basic.
